Founding Father & Artistic Director - Haris Dave S.MG, M-NLP
A graduate of Harvest International Theological Seminary (2012), Haris Dave began his career as a guitar instructor at Willy Soemantri Music School in Muara Karang. Over more than 15 years he has taught guitar professionally, mentoring hundreds of students—from complete beginners to aspiring stage musicians.

In addition to his passion for music, Haris Dave studies human psychology, which leads him to emphasize the emotional and character development of his learners. The personal principle he lives by is:

As the founder of Haris Dave Music Studio, he has not only designed a competency-based curriculum but also cultivated an environment where students can grow as both musicians and performers. His approach goes beyond traditional classroom methods by integrating real-world projects—such as jam sessions, collaborative songwriting, and mini-recordings—that give students hands-on experience in music creation.
In addition, he has organized live-performance events that allow learners to showcase their skills in front of an audience, helping them build confidence and stage presence. Through this combination of structured learning, practical application, and performance opportunities, he ensures that every student develops both technical proficiency and the artistic mindset needed to thrive in the music industry.
